“I want our young men to know that it’s not about the wins or the losses,” said Norvell. “It’s about the growth that comes from overcoming obstacles. We’re going to face adversity, but we’re going to embrace it and use it to fuel our fire.”
Norvell acknowledged the disappointment of this season, but he urged his team to remain positive and learn from the experience. “This is a chance for us to build a culture of perseverance,” he said. “We’re going to face our challenges head-on and come out stronger on the other side.”
Despite the current losing streak, Norvell remains confident in his recruiting efforts. “We’re going to continue to recruit the best and brightest young men,” he stated. “We’re not going to let a few setbacks affect our long-term goals.”
Norvell stressed that the current challenges are a part of a larger plan for the future of FSU football. “We’re building something special here,” he said. “This is a program with a rich tradition, and we’re committed to restoring it to greatness.”
Norvell’s message has resonated with potential recruits. Several highly-rated prospects have expressed interest in FSU, citing Norvell’s leadership and the program’s commitment to development.
As the Seminoles enter the final stretch of the season, Norvell remains optimistic. “We’re going to finish strong and use this experience to build momentum for next year,” he said. “We’re excited about the future of this program.”
